What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address when placing my order?

Please make sure you review your delivery address before submitting your order. However, if you notice something is wrong when you get your Order Confirmation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@grafomap.com. We would then try to adjust the address for you on our side. If by the time you get in touch with us your package has been already shipped to the wrong address, we will inform you about the next procedures, depending on your case.

    This happened to me. I still haven't received a response. My order was returned to you by the post office and no one has gotten back to me on when I will receive it. It's been almost a month now since I ordered 3 maps from you!
