How can I track my poster?

Once your package is ready to be shipped, we will send you a link through which it can be tracked.

    How long does it take to make the product? I ordered my map on November 24, which was 10 days ago and I have yet to receive a follow up email saying that the product is on the its way to be delivered. I checked my spam folder too and that email was not there.

    Hi, 

    I placed an order on Thursday night and have yet to receive a follow-up message that my order has been successfully placed. I also selected express shipping (however, there was no timeline given). Csn someone kindly get back to me with this information?

    I’m in the same boat as everyone else I purchased 2 posters on 2/5/2020 and still have not received a tracking number.

    I placed an order for a T Shirt and 3 canvasses. I received confirmation that the order was shipped. When the shipment arrived I received just the T- Shirt. There is only one tracking number with my order confirmation email and its on the shipment I've received. Since I haven't received the canvasses - how can I track them?

    I as well made an order last Wednesday (09/30) for a map of Istanbul but have yet to receive a link to be able to follow the tracking of the shipment. It would be a very helpful if I could receive that link as this was meant as a present and is time sensitive.

    It has now been a month and a half since I ordered a canvas from GrafoMap, with a value of $180. After multiple requests to receive tracking info, I have not received an email or any type of link. I have since asked for a refund and now, 8 days later, I have not gotten a response towards that request.This has been the worst customer service that someone could ask for. I do not recommend for anyone to order anything from GrafoMap.

    Alex, have you received your canvas yet? I ordered mine a month ago and still haven't gotten a tracking link for shipping.

    Hello,

    Just emailed them about not receiving a tracking number yet. Was going to wait to comment until I saw all of the people having the same issue. Obviously either they don't care or are so swamped with requests that they're embarrassed to respond to this issue. But it does appear someone, likely from grafomap, who is taking the time to dislike all of the responses. Nice, makes me feel like my map is 100% going to arrive. SMH.
