What do I do if my product is damaged when it arrives?

All Grafomap posters are shipped in strong, cardboard tubes secured with plastic caps on each end to prevent any potential damage in transit. However, if for some reasons your map poster arrives damaged, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at info@grafomap.com. For verification purposes, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged part. As soon as that is received and the damage is confirmed, we will send you a new one at no extra cost.
