What do I do if my product is damaged when it arrives?

All Grafomap posters are shipped in strong, cardboard tubes secured with plastic caps on each end to prevent any potential damage in transit. However, if for some reasons your map poster arrives damaged, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. For verification purposes, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged part. As soon as that is received and the damage is confirmed, we will send you a new one at no extra cost.

    product came with a dent in the outside container, thus making a crease in the map that is noticeable.

    Thank you   I noticed  my name on the bottom of the map.   Lila  ..  does this have to be on the map? It is a gift for my granddaughter and her name is  Alex

    Hi Guys

    Just received my map but looks like Fedex put a huge dent in the tube so it is creased the entire map so it is ruined.

    Are you able to replace that?

    Hi. I ordered a map for a gift for Christmas. We love it, but the entire thing has several creases in it even though I ordered it in a frame. How can I get this fixed?

    Please send us pictures of the damaged item. We will prepare and send you a new one as soon as possible. We have reached out to you directly.

    I got someone else's map - not what I ordered!!!  who is going to help me solve this?????

    If I dont hear back I can promise you social media is my next stop followed by the better business bureau.

    You sent me the wrong poster completely!!! I did not order a poster of Oakland.
    It also arrived late when I ordered expedited shipping.
    And the poster was also creased a bit.

    Really not good!! Please refund my purchase and send me the right poster.

    Arrived 1/21 with major damage.  Was told the same day that my customer service request was "in process."  You all have been avoiding me since.  Worst birthday present idea ever.

    Hi - submitted a damage claim #29841 and would like to talk to someone about a replacement also to remove text from the map (its a subdivision) not a town name.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    Received the ordered map this afternoon both plastic caps missing from ends and tucked inside tube. The map has multiple creases in it rendering it unsuitable for framing. I still need the map, Help.
