How long does shipping take?

We can deliver within 5 days in the US and within 7 days in Canada. If you're in Europe or elsewhere in the world, you'll receive your poster in under 20 working days.

    Was my order placed? I didn’t exactly receive an email saying so; rather, after placing my order, I received an email to set up a password for an online account (I did do that btw). This is a Christmas present, so I’d like to confirm my order ASAP and know it’s in process. Thank you. Tracey Drabant

    I have the same question as Tracey, I placed my order on 12/19/17 and received an immediate message saying "An email receipt including the details about your order has been sent to the email address provided. Please keep it for your records." But I did not receive an emailed receipt, however, the payment was made as the transaction is reflected in my bank account. Please advise on the status of my order when you have a moment. Thank you. Marcus D. Green

    Similar situation to Tracey and Marcus. I placed an order, my card got charged, but never received any order confirmation, only the email to set up my account. If i do not receive any type of response within 10 days of my original purchase, I will be calling my credit card company to cancel the charge.

    Hi, Matthew,

    We have received and shipped your order. Please check in your spam box your confirmation email, since for Gmail these sometimes end up there. We see per our logs that we have shipped the confirmation email.

    As most of the comments state above I am in a similar situation. I placed my order on 2/9 and have not received any information on my order at question. Was my order placed and or shipped? A timely response would be greatly appreciated. Thank  you.

    Hi,

    I ordered a map from your website on 3/1/18 but have yet to receive a shipping notice from you all. I have tried contacting you all multiple times through multiple avenues and have gotten absolutely no response. What's the status of my order and when should I expect the package to arrive? If I do not get a response in 3 days I will be contacting PayPal about cancelling the charge and obtaining a refund.

    Hi,

    Same situation to basically everyone else here. I placed my order for three maps on the 23/3. I was informed that I would receive an email entailing the contents of my order as well as tracking details. I have yet to receive this email. If I am not provided with this email and subsequent information within 10 days of my order I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel the charge.

    Hi, placed an order yesterday and did not receive any confirmation email, just like the above complaints. I would like an update on expected arrival as well as a receipt ASAP. 

    I have checked my spam inbox, as you advised a previous customer, and nothing was there.

    Same situation as everyone else in this thread. I placed an order on 8/18 and haven't heard yet when I can expect the order to ship/arrive, etc. This is a gift that needs to be ready by September. Please advise. I appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you.

    Hi, Peter. We automatically distribute all our confirmation emails. Please recheck your spam box as well for the tracking link. Also we have sent you the tracking link separately. As there are two week-end days between your order and shipping it takes a bit longer to receive it. You should receive your order by 14th of November.

    I placed an order on November 6th and have not received the map. I received a tracking email November 7th but there have been no updates since the first day - SHIPPING LABEL CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM. Do you have any information?
